Steve Coster Fitness´s unique Custom Fitness Holiday is specifically designed to get the very best out of you and give you the results you are searching for. All training is 1 on 1 and there are no group classes involved in this holiday. The exercises will be tailored to your abilities but be challenging enough to drive you beyond what you think is possible.
Our chef will create healthy and tasty meals each day to your exact likes or dislikes and we can cater for all food allergies or intolerance.

For anyone looking to make changes in their life this is the ideal start. You can use this a kick start to a healthier lifestyle or as a way to break bad habits or get out of the rut.... either in your training or in your everyday life.
